I have windchimes that I guess are aluminum and they're all pitted. How do I get rid of this?

I don't think that you can get rid of the pit part. It's missing aluminum. That's what makes it pitted. But there gotta be some way to clean them up and make them pretty.
It's all in the sound and enjoyment..hide them somewhere that they will still chime but people don't know where it is coming from. good luck
