How do I get white water marks off of a cherry dinett table:?
Glass was left on the table and caused a white water mark on my cherry dining table. How can I get this off without refinishing the entire table?
I have used mayonnaise (not miracle whip) and put it on the ring for several hours. Start with lightly rubbing and see if the ring will come out. If it doesn't come out with light rubbing using steel wool, gently, may help. Try the mayonnaise twice before going to the steel wool, the steel wool may make too many scratches in the finish and you might not like the effect. The mayonnaise has worked several times for me.
