Starter's Guide For Fuse Replacement

In order to safely replace a blown fuse, you have to first unplug the electrical equipment that caused the fuse to blow. Go to your basement or the place in your house where the fuse box is located. You have to make sure that your hands are completely dry and the floor as well. Bring a flashlight or emergency light in case if it is dark. Pull down the switch to turn off the main power source. Next is to check which fuse has blown. For a plug fuse, look into a window. It would appear to be cloudy, gray or scorched. For cartridge fuse, you need tester to check if it has blown.
Unscrew the blown plug fuse in a counter-clockwise direction, touching only the rim. Fuse puller should be used in replacing cartridge fuse. Damage or rust on the sockets needs the services of an electrician. Do not attempt to replace the fuse unless the fuse box has been cleaned. Attach the new fuse until it is secure and make sure the new one has the correct current rating as the blown fuse. Do not use higher rating of fuse because it can be a fire hazard. Turn on the main power source and close the panel box. Dispose the blown fuse properly.

Do you think John Wall will be an instant starter and do you think he + Arenas can co-exist in same backcourt?
I believe that John Wall will be the starting PG for the Wizards this season. im 100% sure about that. If he didn't, then the Wizards are stupid enough to draft him as the 1st overall of he was only relegated to a bench position. In order for him to maximize his abilities and to further develop his potential and skills, he needs all the playing time possible - starter minutes/playing time.
For the 2nd question, i'm honestly not sure as to how Arenas and Wall will gel inside the court. Both have similar positions (PG) and i dont know if Arenas will gladly give up the 1 position to Wall and move to the 2 position. But if ever, I think they will be a terrific backcourt IF they learn how to play with each other, and how to share the ball with each other. Arenas is a great shooter while Wall is a great passer and facilitator. They can use that advantage to make their duo an effective one - Arenas giving up part of his passing and facilitating and giving those to Wall. Wall can pretty much score and drive but he can make Arenas as the 1st offensive option during the early part of the season as he tries to learn the NBA ways.
