Gabbar sends Kaalia and two others to Ramgad to Collect the loot-maar software he had ordered. They reach Ramgad and start shouting: "Abe O thakur! Kahan hai wo loot-maar software? Last date to kab ka nikal gaya". Thakur [with anger]: "Chillao mat! Jaakar Gabbar se kah do ki Thakur Software walon ne paagal kutton ke liye software banana bund kar diya hai." Kaalia: "Bahoot garmi dikha rahe ho thakur? Koi naye programmers hire kiye hain kya?" Thakur: "Nazar uttha ke dekh, Kaalia, tere sar par powerbuilder chal raha hai." Kaalia looks up and sees Viru (Dharmendra) working on a PC on one Water tank and Jay (Amitabh) on another, using a laptop. Kaalia Starts Laughing and says: "Ha ha... thakur ne freshers ko liya hai ye log Programming karenge? In ko to DOS commands bh! i nahin aate." Veeru shouts: "Chup-chaap chala ja kutte. Hum log consultants hain, Kuch bhi kar sakte hain." Jay hits some commands on his keyboard, then says: "jaao kaalia, Gabbar se kahna ki uska server down ho gaya."

Gabbar: "Kitne bugs the?" Kaalia: "Do sarkaar." Gabbar: "Wo do! Aur tum teen. Phir bhi fix nahi kar sake? Kya soch Keya aye ho? Gabbar bahoot khush hoga? Naya assignment dega aur increment bhi? Iski saza milegi... barobar milegi."[Snatches an X terminal from Sambaa]."Kitne sessions hain is machine mein?" Sambaa: "Chhey sarkaar." Gabbar: "Session chhey aur programmer teen. Bahoot naainsaafi hai.[logout - logout - logout]. Haan ab theek hai... ab tera kya hoga Kaalia?" Kaalia: "Sarkaar, maine aapka code likha tha." Gabbar: "To ab documentation kar!"

how do you tell when your goldfish and koi are matting?
my goldfish and koi always swam all around there tank .but know they stay on the bottom of there tank in the corner does that mean they are matting or what?
Do i read tank? Koi need ponds in the thousands of gallons.
They are probably darting all over the place because they are stressed. =/
I don't think you would miss a mating session. A single goldfish spawn can result in 10,000 eggs.

Ways To Clear Up Green Pond Water
A person plans long and hard, spends a great deal of money, and puts in a beautifully shaped pond in their garden. Everything is landscaped to perfection to show off this jewel in the middle of a lovely garden. Then, suddenly, one looks out and they see green pond water where it should be crystal clear.
This colour is caused by the growth of algae, one of the plagues of modern pond owners. It is slimy and certain types can even form a heavy mat which shuts off oxygen to the pond. In reality, this algae is using up all the oxygen for itself.
This algae comes about because of an accumulation of fish waste, decaying leaves and other debris which is compounded by the warmth of the sun. There have been people with large ponds who have lost all their Koi because of this problem. There are two kinds of algae that usually infest a pond, they are blooming algae and string algae.
Algae bloom is free floating, while string algae hangs from waterfall rocks, surface water or attaches to marine plants. The string kind are very stubborn to get rid of but, fortunately, there was a product introduced to the market five years ago that will take care of the problem. There is also an extract from barley that gives off natural enzymes and stops its growth. The treatment for bloom algae will not work on the string kind.
Algae can be one celled or multiple celled, depending on the variety. It comes in all sizes and shapes, the largest being the common seaweed found in the ocean. Unlike regular plants, they have no leaves or roots. However, it is mainly the algae bloom that turns one's pond green. It has been known to happen on new ponds just a few days after they were filled with water.
It is pond water, heating up and combining with nutrients and fertilizer in the water, which algae thrive on. On regular algae bloom a UV (ultraviolet light) Water Clarifier is the most preferred method of treatment. This is a lamp that is placed in a glass tube and emits ultraviolet rays. It is these rays that sterilize the algae cells with resulting clear water. This equipment is sometimes called the UV sterilizer.
Choosing the proper size and quality unit is very important with a UV light. The most lasting and preferred have a stainless steel or very hard PVC housing. It is important to get a top of the line unit to avoid things such as cracked walls, electrical failure and other things. This is one place where paying money up front allows one to avoid a big headache later on.
There are many factors that can affect the type of UV that would be appropriate for one's pond. The number of fish, the location of the pond, the amount of water involved and the flow rate all enter into the equation. A pond with fast flowing water, for example, might be moving too fast to allow the UV unit to be effective, thus less sterilization of the algae. Advice regarding the best for one's situation can be found online or with a landscape professional.
