What do I need to install a chain link fence?

I need to install 100 feet of chain link fence. It's two "sections". One is 80 feet and one is 20 feet. There are no gates. What do I need? How many poles? Straps? Ties? Whatever? The most detailed answer gets best answer. Thanks.

First off 2 poles,one for each end. 9 poles for the middle(every 10 feet) total=11 poles
13 bags cement (80 lb. bags) use 2 bags for each end post,1 bag for the others.
9 post rail caps and 2 end caps must be the same size of the poles
10 top rail pieces these are 10ft. 6 inches long
2 bags of aluminum ties
8 clamps 4 on each end post
1 roll of galvanized wire use this on the bottom of the fence and stretch it to tighten it.
1 box of nuts and bolts
2 caps that the top rails fit in ,1 on each end post

this is based on placing poles every 10 feet, you will also need a come along,and a fence stretcher.
A shovel,wheel barrel,sledge hammer and some good pliers, string.

Hopefully you know how to weave the 2 sections together to make it just 1 complete 100 foot fence.

To weave- just take 1 wire out of 1 of the fences and lay them beside each other. you will then use another wire from 1 of the fences and spin it through to join the 2 fences together. It's a little tricky at first, but not a major problem.
