When life gives you lemons, it is bad news. When your doctor gives you lemons , say thank you.

The side effect free treatment of many common ailments is being found in the skin of the much maligned lemon. To be more specific, the extract is called Bioflavonoid and it can be be found in many fruits including lemons, oranges, grapefruits, limes and bilberry to name only a few.

What is so intriguing, is the reported successes of bioflavonoid as a treatment for a very diverse list of symptoms. Just a few of those are;

Now for me, dark chocolate is always the treatment for whatever the problem is.

• 1 Cup (8 ounces) purified non-fluoridated water, or spring water.

In addition to the 6 to 9 glasses of the lemon concoction, dieters also need to drink a salt-water flush each morning, and a laxative tea each evening. The only other beverages allowed on the Lemon Detox Diet are pure, non-fluoridated water and peppermint tea.

Is the Lemon Detox Diet effective?

Many people will turn to extreme detox diets to get in shape fast, and like with all weight loss and cleansing programs, some will book excellent results, while others will have to face disappointment. How successful the diet will be, will greatly depend on how accurate the diet is followed, for how long and if there are existing health concerns, such as diabetes, to consider.

The answer to the question: “Will the Lemon Detox Diet survive the waves of time,” is simple... Nobody can look into the future, so as a result, only time will be able to tell. You will just have to wait and see!
