Of course, he will have a general plan for how to end the hot air balloon ride but the precise location is determined by wind conditions. The same is true for speed. This team will help the pilot prepare for the hot air balloon ride, follow along on the ground, and help pack up the balloon once it has landed. They will also transport the riders and pilot back to where you started.
