This is beneficial for concentration and focus. In some cultures, people sleep in hammocks as opposed to traditional beds. This is conducive to better sleep or deeper sleep, as opposed to turning and tossing due to discomfort from a mattress. This is beneficial to health as better sleep translates into better health. Using a hammock to induce relaxation, feeling restored, and refreshed amongst the beauty of the back garden is a great idea to improve health.
Although size vary with style, hammocks are one-size fits all, as the body of the person resting on it will conform to it, therefore, there is no need for sizing, as most people will fit in a traditional hammock. Hammocks can be utilized as a tool to improve body, mind, and spirit.

Earwigs in my hammock?
I was laying in my hammock the other day, and I felt like something was crawling around; for a while, I thought it was my hair or the tag on my pillow. Then... I had been bitten.
I look down, and there were THREE earwigs crawling on my hammock! I flicked them off, shook out the hammock, and hoped they were gone. I went outside today, hoping they had left, and there were probably 30 earwigs nested in the wooden spreader bars of my hammock. Additionally, they had laid eggs.
I'm totally irked! I kept my hammock dry, hung up, off the ground, etc.
How do I get rid of them?
